How to use:
Recommended serving: 1 scoop (26g) per 500ml of cold water. Add water to a shaker, then add the protein powder. Shake vigorously and wait 30 seconds for the foam to subside. Best consumed chilled, after training or throughout the day.
Mix ~1 scoop of powder (26 g) with 500 ml of water. Take 1 serving before or immediately after training. Consume no more than 2 servings daily [1 serving = ~1 scoop (26 g)].
