§3 General provisions

These regulations define the rules for using the online store available at mutantshop.pl, run by Gast-Robert Wieczorek.

§4 Definitions

Seller – Gast-Robert Wieczorek, NIP: 5842804730, REGON: 389028439, with its registered office in Gdańsk at ul. Kołobrzeska 23e/15, 80-390 Gdańsk.
Buyer – a natural person, legal person or organizational unit without legal personality who makes a purchase in the Store.
Shop – online shop run by the Seller at mutantshop.pl.

§5 Placing orders

Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via the Store's website. Orders must be placed upon proper completion of the order form.

§6 Prices and payments

All prices listed in the Store are gross prices (including VAT). Payments can be made using the payment methods available in the Store, including online payments via PayU.

§7 Delivery

The store delivers within Poland. Detailed information about delivery costs and times is available when placing an order.

§8 Right of withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with applicable law.

§9 Complaints

Complaints can be submitted to the email address: Mutantshop.biuro@gmail.com or in writing to the Seller's registered office address.

§10 Personal data protection

The personal data controller is Gast-Robert Wieczorek. Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

§11 Final provisions

In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
